Katie has been teaching movement for over five years, blending yoga, pilates and breathwork into calm, supportive sessions for your pre and postnatal era.

Before that, she worked as a performer with Disney around the world, until an injury (and anxiety) led her to discover movement as a way to feel more grounded and at home in her body.
 
Her BABYLATES classes are about creating space for you. We’ll move through simple, postpartum safe barre/pilates-inspired exercises focused on your core, glutes, and posture paired with yoga-based breathwork and mindfulness to help calm your nervous system and bring you back to centre. Lots of modifications available so you can take it at your own pace.
 
Katie brings deep care and respect to the space she holds for those moving through this season of life, offering calm, compassion, celebration of the amazing parent you are and most importantly room to take a deep breath.
